Low-Impact Aerial Dance Workshop for adults

Is your child in an aerial dance class you want to try?
Try out aerial dance at an introductory pace, focusing on safety and core strength while also having fun with modern dance and aerial techniques on mats, silks and hammocks.
* Please wear comfortable workout clothing that lets you move and stretch: capri pants and long sleeves are recommended. Snacks and water are highly encouraged.
